Le revêtement de sol sélectionné du type Stella Compact 4 appartient à la famille des sols PVC compacts imprimés, sur sous-couche calandrée en PVC recyclé et stabilisée à envers compact en lés de 2 m. La couche d’usure non chargée du groupe d’abrasion T est renforcée par un traitement polyuréthane photoréticulé TopClean™ qui supprime définitivement...Voir la suite toute métallisation. Il possède une résistance au poinçonnement de 0,05 mm (selon NF EN 433). Disposant d'une décision d’admission à la marque NF UPEC, son classement U4P3E2/3C2 est certifié. Il dispose d’un traitement fongistatique et bactériostatique Sanitized®.
